On the farm

What applies to everyone as soon as we arrive at the Tannauerhof.

  • Children may not enter the riding facility without supervision.
  • Please follow the instructions of Petra and her helpers.
  • The stable, arena, boxes and paddocks may only be entered with permission.
  • A riding or bicycle helmet and sturdy footwear are mandatory.
  • Horses are treated with respect and calmness.
  • Horses may not be fed.
  • Running and roughhousing in the stable area are not permitted.

Duty of supervision

The duty of supervision begins with the personal handover of the child at the start of the pedagogical riding session and ends when the child is handed back to the parents or the person authorised to collect them.

Before and after the session, the duty of supervision lies with the parents or the accompanying person responsible for supervision.

Children should therefore be brought shortly before the session starts and collected directly after it ends. An extended stay of parents or accompanying persons in the stable and riding areas is not foreseen.

Liability

Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.

  • No liability is accepted for personal belongings.
  • For damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour, the person causing it is liable.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations, the session will be charged.
